I don't know how I stumbled on this trainer, but I'm sure glad I did! As a beginner I was very nervous to attend big classes due to the fact that I'm not very coordinated. Melissa is so much fun and makes sure I'm in right alignment with each exercise. Highly recommend! I'm a lifer!

Meet Your Instructor
Melissa is a fully qualified and accredited 400-hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. She has been teaching and practicing for over ten years and is passionate about helping people live healthier lives through Pilates.
During her career, Melissa has worked with a wide range of clients and taught in studios and gyms in the Atlanta area.
In addition to her comprehensive Pilates training, Melissa holds certifications in yoga, barre, SilverSneakers and is an ACE Functional Training Specialist, ensuring that each session is unique, varied, and suitable for all fitness levels.
